ZANCAN

Zancan, generative artist from Bordeaux, France, has been both a painter and a programmer for four decades. By synergizing his former practice as a traditional artist working with oil paint with the computer code medium, he enlightened the graphical possibilities of a figurative-generative art genre. His digital artworks and resulting pen-plotter drawings, which rely on technology both to exist and to be traded, are his inspiration to remind us of the necessary bond between man and nature, raising attention through visual symbolism about environmental and social matters.

QUBIBI

RUBENFRO

Ruben is an immersive media developer and real time VFX artist. Born in a small town near Florence Italy, but based in Tokyo. He has directed fast paced music videos and created award-winning video art featured on platforms like Vimeo, Mutek, and in festivals around Europe and Asia. During his exhibitions, he also gave lectures on point cloud rendering and immersive media at the Wellington Victoria University and the University of Auckland.

SUTU

Sutu uses art and technology in new ways to tell stories. He has been commissioned by the likes Marvel, Google and Disney to create VR art for properties such as Doctor Strange and Ready Player One. He also creates VR documentaries. He holds a Honorary Doctorate of Digital Media from Central Queensland University, is a 2017 Sundance Fellow and is the co-founder of EyeJack an Augmented Reality company.

MARI K

Mari is a Voxel based 3D Designer based in Istanbul. She crafts highly detailed and provocative voxel based 3D landscapes using MagicaVoxel. She has recently begun building her own buildings in CryptoVoxels. She was most recently featured in the SuperRare “Invisible Cities” exhibition and featured in numerous online galleries. DANIT PELEG

Danit is a fashion designer and a pioneer in 3D printed fashion. In 2015, she made international headlines for being the first designer in the world to create an entire collection using desktop 3D home printers for her graduate project at Shenkar College of Engineering and Design. In 2016, she was invited by the Paralympic Games to design a 3D-printed dress for Amy Purdy, a double-leg amputee dancer, who performed at the Opening Ceremony.

VICTORIA FARD

Mixing architecture and fine art, Victoria’s work incorporates algorithms to generate materially-feasible architecture and spatial experiences. Victoria uses digital fabrication methods, such as industrial 3D printing and CNC milling, to efficiently-generate designed structure that produces atypical space.

ORBSEER

Alan Valentin, aka Orbseer, has created work across many different mediums. After studying film and sound scoring, he has worked in the 3D and virtual reality space with 3D Live, a Los Angeles-based company, for the past five years. He worked as a part of 3D Live’s team that built the award-winning Mass Effect ride at the Bay Area’s Great America Amusement Park.
